The location was perfect, just a short walk to Buckingham Palace. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure all of our needs were met. the room and hotel were clean and well-maintained, with excellent breakfast options. the experience was truly top-notch and I can't wait to return. the attention to detail and customer service at Rubens at the Palace truly sets it apart. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in London.
